No. ListedEdge will never charge you a fee — not now, not ever. If you choose to sell your property, you'll pay a standard real estate agent commission, but that is negotiated directly between you and your chosen agent. ListedEdge takes no cut of that commission.

We retain your registration details for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which your data is securely deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

We match your property with agents who are licensed and active in your local area. We consider your property type, suburb, and selling timeline when making matches. We aim to connect you with agents who are genuinely well-suited to your property — not just the nearest available agent.

Yes. All agents who access leads through ListedEdge are required to hold a valid real estate licence in their state or territory, in accordance with Australian law. If you ever have concerns about an agent's conduct or credentials, you can verify their licence through your state's real estate licensing authority.

You may hear from more than one agent. This gives you the opportunity to speak with a few different professionals and get a sense of who you feel most comfortable with. You are under no obligation to engage any of them.

Agents will reach out to introduce themselves, learn more about your property, and arrange a time to provide a free market evaluation. A market evaluation is an agent's professional assessment of what your property could sell for in the current market — a great starting point for understanding your options.

In most cases, you'll be contacted by an agent within 24–48 hours of registering. The exact timing depends on agent availability in your area and the time of your submission. If you haven't heard from anyone within a few days, feel free to reach out to us.

Absolutely not. Registering does not commit you to selling, or to working with any particular agent. You are completely free to speak with agents, receive their evaluations, and then take as much time as you need — or decide not to proceed at all. There is no obligation, ever.

That's completely fine. Simply let the agent know you've decided not to proceed, and contact us at privacy@listededge.com.au if you'd like us to stop sharing your details. There's no penalty, no fee, and no hard feelings.

Yes. If you own multiple properties and are considering selling more than one, simply submit a separate registration for each. Each will be matched with appropriate agents for that specific address.

We take data security seriously and use industry-standard technical measures to protect your information from unauthorised access. Your details are only accessible to matched agents and our internal team — never exposed publicly or to third parties.
